As an employee or business partner you can report the suspicion of criminal offences or serious violations of the rules to us by notifying us via this system. In case of information relating to general employment law topics, we kindly ask you to contact the responsible contact points in the company in confidence, such as your supervisor, the HR department or the Compliance Officer. 

We have deliberately decided that the submission of information can only be personalized, i.e. by mentioning your name. This is intended to prevent denunciation and the deliberate submission of false or defamatory reports. However, you can be sure that your report will be processed within the framework of the GDPR data protection rules and strictly confidentially by the responsible Compliance Officer, and that you will not have to expect reprisals in any way within the meaning of the whistleblower legislation.
